Candlelight Memorial Service
Candlelight memorial service for Acclaim Health clients, their families, bereavement clients, and staff who have passed in the last year.
Monday May 26, 2025 – 7 PM to 9 PM

Acclaim Health has planned a Candlelight Memorial Service on Monday, May 26th at 7 pm. This will be a time to remember your special person with music and thoughtful readings.
We hope that you and your family and friends will join us and others coping with the death of someone they loved and to remember and honour your unique relationship.
During the service, we will be reading out the names of our loved ones who have died. As we do this, we would like to show a photo of each person. After registering for the service you will receive an email asking you to share a picture of your loved one to be displayed, along with a couple of sentences about them.
You’ll be invited to participate in an act of remembrance
