Create a space for calm within yourself.
Our wellness supports can help you improve your overall well-being while reducing pain, stress and anxiety.
Trained volunteers provide these supports to people with life-limiting illnesses, dementia or caregivers experiencing high stress.
This program is offered free of charge through the generosity of our volunteers and donors, including the Halton Region Community Investment Fund.
M³ – Motivational Monday Meditation
Meditation has numerous benefits for our mind, body and spirit. Especially during this unprecedented time, connecting with our inner self to manage stress is beneficial for functioning well in our everyday lives. Some benefits include: Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations, building skills to manage your stress, increasing self-awareness, focusing on the present, reducing negative emotions, and increasing patience and tolerance.
Join us every Monday at 12:30 p.m. for an empowering and energizing 20-minute meditation. Use mantras and affirmations to power up your week both personally and professionally.
Sound Bath
Sound bath meditations aim to guide you into a deep meditative state while you’re enveloped in ambient sound played by instructors using instruments such as crystal bowls.

One-on-One Wellness Consultation
Are you struggling with stress and coping with your situation? One-on-One Wellness Consultations are available. During the consultation, we will work together to see what strategies will be helpful and suggest different wellness services to help with coping skills.
Wellness Wednesdays Series
Join us for Wellness Wednesdays! A five-week series of wellness events. Each week we will explore different wellness topics to help with coping skills.
Dates: January 7, 14, 21, 28 and February 4, 2026
Time: 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Mindfulness Series
A 5 week Mindfulness series where each week we learn, share, model, and practice universal principles that provide participants with tools to unlock human potential and strengthen overall well-being.
A forum to meet others and learn about constructive ways to address personal, social, and community challenges. At the heart of the program are social and emotional learning practices and mindfulness practices that help individuals access the wisdom within themselves and within the group.
Topics include: The journey of Mindfulness, Neuroscience behind Mindfulness, Mindfulness basics, paying attention, discovering inside, connecting to authenticity, practicing gratitude, mind-body connection … just to name a few.
Dates: Every Wednesday, October 15 – November 12, 2025
Time: 7 p.m.
Live Grounding Guided Meditation
Join our Wellness Care Manager, Freedom, as she takes you on a Grounding Guided Meditation Journey using our senses, visualization, Reiki and Mother Earth. This meditation is useful for anxiety, depression and overall relaxation.
Dates: October 30th, November 27th, and December 18th
Time: 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
